SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items purchased from this website will be sent using a tracked and signed for service. You will be emailed with the tracking information. As part of the insurance for your purchase a signature is required when it is received and I am therefore unable to send items to PO boxes.

Ready to wear items will be dispatched within 3 days of purchase.

Bespoke/customised pieces are made to order and any purchased via this website will be dispatched within 4 - 6 weeks of purchase.

I am only able to send orders to the address given by PayPal

International customers should be aware that I am currently only selling online to the UK

I offer free UK p&p

 

RETURNS

If, for any reason you wish to return your order please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be unworn and all tags must still be attached.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that customised orders that have been made to your specifications cannot be returned.

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. The items should be returned in their original hat box and packaging where possible. Due to the value of the items they must be returned using an insured, tracked and signed for service. It is important that any returns can be tracked as I cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach me.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days and will be made via your original payment method. I will email you when the refund has been processed. Please note, the times for your funds to appear back into your account are subject to the terms and conditions set out by your own bank/Paypal and I have no control over this part of the process.
