Bespoke Millinery
You’ve got your outfit and now you need a hat, hatinator or fascinator to be your ‘crowning glory’ on the special day. Instead of buying something mass produced you could have a hat made just for you. The Susie Rodgers Millinery bespoke service uses traditional millinery techniques to design and create a handmade headpiece to your exact requirements.
The road to having a bespoke piece made begins with an initial design consultation in my studio when you come with your outfit (and a trusted friend for advice if you want) and ends with you wearing your fabulous hat. In between we’ll discuss, colours, designs, shapes and trimmings and when all the elements have been decided, I’ll make your hat.
Prices for bespoke work start from £70 for small fascinators, £200 - £300 for hatinators and £500 for large traditional hats.
Please allow at least 6 weeks for your bespoke piece to be made.
If your outfit is being altered to fit it may be possible for some of the fabric to be incorporated into your design.
A deposit of 50% of the price is payable when the order is placed with the balance due when the hat is collected.
Once the design has been agreed any changes made by you may result in an increase in price.
